I had the privilege of helping Justin Dies and his cousin, Amanda Hutton, sell their grandfather’s condo townhome. This was not just a quick transaction—it was a year-long journey from start to finish.
 

Justin first reached out to me, and from that moment on, we stayed in close contact. As the year went by, I guided him step by step through the process, helping both him and Amanda prepare for the eventual sale. For them, it was especially difficult—not only did they need to get the home ready, but they also had to sort through their grandfather’s possessions and gather through a lifetime of living.

When the time came to list, all that effort truly paid off. The home not only sold quickly, but it also achieved a better price than comparable homes in the communities, some of which had been on the market long before we listed and remained unsold even after ours had closed.
 

This experience was a powerful reminder that preparation, patience, and teamwork make all the difference. I’m grateful Justin trusted me from the start and that I could be part of helping him and Amanda through such an important chapter.
